Exchange & Return

Terms & Conditions

All product(s) must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) for a full refund. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. 

Retail orders are eligible for product exchange only, return and refund will not be accepted.

We do not accept exchange or return for customised products (including our Co-Create Phone Case & topologie edit Phone Case). Please make sure all details such as the back plate design, phone case colour and phone size are correct before placing your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product itself is faulty or defective.

For items bought under any sales promotion, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is found faulty or defective.

Please be reminded that the exchange & return policy differs between online orders and orders made in our official retail stores.

- All product(s) must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) for an exchange. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange.

- Retail orders are eligible for product exchange only, return and refund will not be accepted.

- For exchange, you will be eligible to exchange for products of the same value with the original ordered product unsealed and without usage within 14 days from the purchase date of the order.

- Exchange value must be the same or more than original receipt; unused exchange credit will be forfeited.

- Item can be exchanged once only with official receipt presented.

- For items bought under any sales promotion, no returns or exchanges will be accepted

- Purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorised resellers will not be covered. For purchases made at any authorised resellers, please directly contact the reseller's customer service for warranty claims. (e.g. O.N.S | kapok)

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refund will be issued to the original payment method of your order.
